In 2006, the first Chocolate Room opened in Geelong, Victoria. The concept was unusual: not a confectionery counter, but a warm café built entirely around chocolate — hot chocolates made from real melted chocolate, handmade pralines, desserts and beautiful coffee, all under one roof.
Customers loved it immediately. The total chocolate experience turned first-time visitors into regulars, and regulars into people who brought their friends.
